I wonder if it is only with me or this normal for most people. The thing is that recruiter is super slow and don’t reply their emails, calls …etc whereas there is less than 2 days for my offer expiry date? I am going to take a big decision and need to understand situation in better way? Additionally, I haven’t signed the offer yet as I still need to know job description. I got the shipment package with very detailed and extensive papers which missing a significant document; job description and responsibility. I don’t want to sign the contract and finally end up doing non interesting job? To make u understand my situation better, let assume that they offer me an engineering position. So the put on the offer , job le as engineer III but which type of engineering work , is it chemical, electrical, reservoir …..? I have my kids to going to school next September? So how it will work out and how long the processing may last. Can someone propose a worst scenario regarding my kids school, 2 months to next September, I have my school allowance in cash from my current employer and I wish I can save it instead of paying it for only 2-3 weeks in September and in case we reach KSA in October will my kids lost the year ?

You should get a letter from Aramco School indicating if your child is accepted to attend the school. This letter usually comes during the processing AFTER you have accepted the offer. Your child DOES not lose a year if she joins in October, we have had people joining in February and the child does not lose a year, they just continue onwards on the designated grades.
As for Job Description, it will not come with the offer letter other than information of your designation and your department. You may be able to get it from the recruiter if you kindly ask him/her to get it from the relevant department.
The processing time after you have accepted the offer letter varies, (BI, Medical, Visa Clearance) so you should not resign your position until you receive clearance from Aramco to do so and therefore you still have a lot more time to consider this move. From most of the posts I read from you, you're not only hesitant ... you have a lot of other issues that needs to be solved.

Thanks azrail for your advice. If I still have time to consider that move later that's fine. The reason I am hesitant is first time to leave my single employer.
What other issue I need to solve out ? If my questions looks basic for you , I think there are more basic questions in the forum than mine. Anyway, I appreciate your help and feedback

Really very hard. I have passed through the interview in Dec 2012 and been asked application form and payslips in March 2013. More than five months gone, no department response. And from April, the recruiter don't reply the emails...I just want to stay informed for the length process

Do a search on "Timeline" on the forum. Timelines run from a few months to over a year. All the timelines are normal.

Hi bbj, Thanks for asking. Not yet I am waiting for negotiations request since June which seems to be endless. I have nice work though. If they accept my request fine otherwise I am all right.

I'm also having major problems getting any response from the London recruitment office. I had a reimbursement claim for airfare for an interview and simply want to know if the email containing the excel reimbursement document has been received (not even when the reimbursement will be processed). 3 emails over 3 weeks now and no replies. In addition, have phoned and been told they're not in the office.
Is this normal?

Perfectly normal if the recruiter went on vacation.

Well, that certainly depends. I got compencated in full in June for an interview in February and that took many reminder emails. So, you'll get there eventually but it might take time and effort on your side. I can also attest to the topic that it is currently very hard to get any response for emails or phone calls from the UK recruiters (at least it was in my case).

Well that answers my question about how long it takes to get my money back from the flight for interview, pretty poor show for such a big company that everyone has to pay for their flights out of their own pocket and reimbursed months later. I also found it difficult to get hold of certain recruiters although one was very good at getting back to me and keeping in contact.
