I had my interview (VCI) about 6 weeks ago. I still haven't got any official position yet, but I was able to contact my recruiter by phone. I was told all UK recruiters are under a heavy work load due to the high number of people being currently hired.
I totally understand ARAMCO position. You just have to keep waiting. As posted in the FAQ, don't think too much about and try to keep in contact on a regular basis.
Eventually it will happen, or not ... it's just the way things are. Try to relax 8)
