I am millwright by trade and is presently doing the job as a maintenance planner In South-africa.On what grade/level will I start as a maintenance planner and what will the salary be?

Salary and, to some extent, grade code can potentially be negotiated during the recruitment process. If they decide to hire you, the company will make an initial offer but you can try to get them to improve it if you think it is insufficient.
