Hi all! We are expecting to move to SA soon and I have a couple questions regarding the compound facilities, specifically the gym: a) do men and women have different gyms or gym schedules? It was not clear in previous posts whether both es can work out together. I'd like to have a clarification on this topic. b) I'd like to get a more detailed description of the gym and its amenities-- does the gym have kettlebells, abdominal balls, resistance bands, yoga mats? Are there any fitness classes offered to members? For instance, yoga or pilates, or zumba? c) finally, is there a running track? Thank you so much!!!

a. yes men and women have different gyms, or different times for use of a gym. You cannot workout together. Which is a bummer when you're used to doing so together. You can run together on the tracks and with the running group.
b. The gyms are fully equiped. Hopefully someone can answer specifically on what you are looking for. There is a yoga house that is separate and you provide your own mat. There are many exercise groups on camp including the ones you're interested in.
c. There is a running track and a running group in DHA.
