o All,
I got a question, can anyone please advise how far back Aramco does a background check (employment, credit, criminal etc) I recently got an offer and I would like to know if its 7 years or 10 years before I proceed with accepting the offer.

I did fill out the BI form last week and they ask for at least 7 years in the form.

I just wondered what is included in the background check? Is it basically employment history and previous addresses etc?

Thank you all for your response, but I have my pre-employment application on hand right now and it says I should include 10 years of employment history, is there another application I am going to fill if I get an offer, that states 7 years instead of 10 years? also do they call the previous companies directly or do they call the supervisors only to verify employment history?
