o All, I am new to this site. I have been offered a job as a contractor in Aramco with a Grade code 13. My le will be Business Systems yst II. I am basically from India but I am working in London, UK for the last 3 years and have a valid visa for the next 3 years.
The salary offered to me is far less than what I earn right now (almost half of what I earn now before tax). Can anyone shed some light on this? When I was interviewed by Aramco people, they said that my offer will take longer to be released as they have to match my current salary though I hold an Indian passport. I waited for more than a month to get my offer and very disappointed to see the salary offered. Is this something to do with my contracting vendor (SRACO)? How do I find out the actual salary approved by Aramco? Any help is appreciated.
