Greetings Everyone!
This forum has been very informative. I have been in discussions with a potential employer about a job in KSA, and so far this forum has been the best source of information, even though this particular job is not with Aramco.
I'd love to get your insight on a personal matter that might be a deal breaker for this whole deal...my spouse has Multiple Sclerosis (MS).
From what I can tell on these boards, Aramco has a very strict health screening process. But it also looks like KSA has a lengthy health screening process. I completely understand that no one here can tell me whether or not we'd pass medial for Saudi to issue us visas. What I would love to know is if anyone knows of anyone working in KSA now as an expat, or with a spouse, with MS. Is this a total deal breaker? If we can't move out there as a family, then we do not plan to go, and I certainly don't want to go too far down the path, only to be denied at the 11th hour. Again, I know we'll never have certainty on this issue until the visa is or isn't issued, but I'm hoping for some insight here.
Thank you!

Aramco has such strict medical requirements because Aramco employees and dependents get free healthcare. That is not necessarily true for other companies in the kingdom. So even though Aramco might not approve your wife, coming with a different company where you pay for your healthcare in the kingdom, she might be approved to come. They do not want communicable diseases. bless as you go through the hiring/visa process.
