All, Finally we have made it to Saudi and I must say that you need double the amount of patience to get through the first few months of your arrival. I was told by my department that my network id (User ID within Aramco network) password can only be reset by the manager or department head. Manager must go to a specific website and put in my badge id and iqama # to reset my password and only then I can be able to log on to my computer. This means that I would not be able to access any of the HR online features outline in the new hire orientation check list until my iqama is processed. It seems like a new procedure that personnel advisors do not know of. Have any new hire experienced this? Please share your thoughts!
Regards C2U

To reset your password, it requires the last four digits of the ideny document used in the issuance of your ID card. If your passport number was used (which I guess it must have been, since you don't have an iqama) then the last four digits of your passport number should work.
Alternatively, if you have a mobile phone already, your Division Head or above (only requires Manager if you don't have a Division Head) can put your mobile # into the system and you can get a password sent by SMS to your mobile by calling 904 (then choose option 6 for password self-reset).
