Hi all,
I had my interview in Houston on Nov 30, 2012, An email was sent to me 2 days later that my interview was successful and have not heard from ASC yet. Anyone who had an interview that same week and has received an offer, would you please share with the rest of us?
I sent an email to HR on 02 Dec 2013 and she said my offer will soon arrive.

All right, my wife and I are going to Houston for orientation next week. This has been a long process but we're very excited to have made it this far. I just wanted to post my timeline to help some of y’all with timeframe. My recruiter has been awesome to work with. He has been great about keeping me informed and keeping the process moving along (to the best of his ability). My relocation advisor has been amazing as well.

Interview Scheduled: October 17, 2012
Interview completed: November 7, 2012
Verbal offer received: November 19, 2012

No,, I am losing hope,, i don't know how long its gonna take to get a confirmation.. Its been almost 3 months since the submission of payslip,,,

Hi all, My family and I are very excited about the opportunity to work for Saudi Aramco  . I received an offer to work for the project management department in DHA (also live in DHA), so I decided to post my timeline: Interviewed in Houston - Dec 11 Pay stubs - Dec 12 Rec offer - Jan 14 Accepted offer - Jan 21 Assigned relocation - Jan 29 Orientation in Houston(blood work, Xray, etc) - Feb 27 medical - Feb 18 (One step closer!) BI - Visa - Depart - April 25th (expected) Reading this forum has helped me tremendously and I look forward to seeing you all in Saudi! |

Am very new to this group,
October,2012 Contacted by Recruiter
December, 2012 Interview Schedule( didnt hold)
December 18th 2012, Video Interview Schedule( did'nt hold/)
Jan 8th, 2013 Video interview Schedule( didn't hold)
January 16th, 2013 1st Phone interview
January 29th, phone call Intent to offer, i should send pay stub.
Feb 4th Sent in two pay stubs.
Feb 25th Got email from recruiter, Aramco need two month pay stubs
Feb 25th Sent in three months pay stubs.
Still waiting for the offer, i was told that the pay stubs are for tax purposes? is that true......or the wanna figure were the place you as per pay scale?
Patience is the key here.

Applied to position through www.oilcareers.com - 17 Aug, 2012 Received invitation to interview in London after 3 months - 17 Oct, 2012 Interview date after a month - 20 Nov, 2012 Job Offer - Exactly after 3 weeks as promised during interview - 11 Dec, 2012 Job Offer Accepted - 17 Dec, 2012 BI and Medical completed - 18 Jan, 2012 Visa Completed: 26 Feb, 2013.
