Hi,
We will hopefully be moving to KSA in the next 12 months but my son is on a wheat free diet. Are wheat free products (bread especially) available on the compound or in the town?

We are on RT, and there are a few gluten free products, by the consist of "mixes", to make cake, pancakes, etc on camp...There is an Organic Cafe/Shop in the Seef Mall in Bahrain where they carry a much larger variety of gluten free goods.

Over recent months, I've noticed the commissary in Dhahran starting to stock more and more gluten-free products.
You might want to check there and see if you can find what you need, before heading across the causeway.
