Could anybody let me know the answer to the following question.
The calender shows various holidays in green throughout the year
January 19th
March 23rd
June 8th
August 7th to 11th
September 23rd
October 14th to 17th
Are these holiday dates over and above your normal holiday enlement of 38 days per annum
The calander also shows 3 re-scheduled days off
12th august and 21-22nd September
What do these 3 days mean.?

Yes, the holidays you mention are days that you can take which do not count against your annual leave allowance.
Re-scheduled days are essentially the same thing - additional non-working days that do not come out of your leave allowance.
They are "re-scheduled" because the days on which they originally fell were a Thursday or a Friday, so they are moved to a working day to give people the benefit of the days off. If they left them where they were, they would be "wasted" as you would be having those days off anyway,
