Can someone please explain how the pay parking works in Khobar. I know you can deposit coins but I don't usually have any. There is a card system but the instructions are all in Arabic. It has a sign of an ATM card on it, but I couldn't figure out how it works. I think it's called E-Pay. Need to know exact sequence of ons to push. :?

Well i would suggest you first create an account at the site www.mawgif.com/login.aspxOnce completed, Go to Khobar/Dammam to any Machine with "Orange Cap", Remeber These are the only machines that will accept Money to credit your account. Other Machines can only be used to get the parking permit. OK, Then Press the Yellow on, It will show something in Arabic, On the Machine you will find a on with "Flag", Once you press it will change the language to English. Now you just follow the steps whether you would like to credit an account, pay a parking ticket or buy parking. As far as i know the E-Card is still not avaialable, may be they are vending at someoutlet but i dont know, i found this easier, also you can use coins Should be easy. The machine accpets Denominations of 20 50 100 Hope it helps Bye |
