I always thought i tried to travel to new and interesting places and mostly i have, but post children and now looking through my blogs of the last 3 or 4 years i have a very consistent theme throughout my photos....and that is beach, beach, water, beach!
I guess its true, i do enjoy a great beach or swimming pool. And also think most holidays deserve some sort of lay beside a pool or beach scenario
I was just surprised by myself and the amount of consistent location types we have taken!
That being said, we have really tried to minimise flight times to less than 10 hours for the last few years and that really leads to south east asia as our target which is pretty hot and humid. Pre kids we travelled heaps around europe and the US so hot wasnt always our plan but we did always migrate to tropical type locations...maybe i have duck in me lol!
So... do you find you tend to go to the same type of locations even though you possibly didnt think you did?
