Who's this event targeted for? I went with my family the other night and we were the only Americans. Most things were only in Arabic except for the names of tents/pavillions. It felt like a festival for locals mostly.
Is there an English-language brochure or program guide (e.g., includes times of live performances, etc.)?

Saudi Aramco is the national oil company for the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. So when they host a large cultural festival of this nature, it is an outreach and engagement for the Saudi people, residents and visitors of the Kingdom. While Saudi Aramco (expat) employees are part of this larger circle of residents of the Kingdom, an event of this magnitude is designed to attract and involve people from all over the region. You can read about the program in English at: www.saudiaramco-cp.com/They're also on Facebook and Twitter.
