I'm a Filipino.Like any other citizen, i'm always trying to look for a greener pasture for my family and relatives. Several weeks ago, a representative from AL-FALAK which acts as a vendor for SAUDI ARAMCO arrived here in manila. I attended their workshop interview, and SAUDI ARAMCO hired me. The offer is quite good that is why i accepted the offer. Currently, I have a permanent job here in the Philippines. However, I don't know what life lies ahead of me in SAUDI ARAMCO. I'm also in doubt the kind of employment status will AL-FALAK/SAUDI ARAMCO will provide me. I don't know what is the role of AL FALAK in my employment status in ARAMCO. With the kind of environment we have right now, it is very hard to trust other people specially if the decision you are about to make talks the future of your family.
Please help me decide.
Thank you in advance.

What is the position you applied for? There may be someone in that work area or department who could comment, if they knew what job you're talking about.

It sounds as if you are being hired as an SMP (supplementary manpower) employee - sometimes known as a contractor (or consultant) position.
If Al-Falak is involved, it does not sound like you are being hired directly by Aramco but rather by Al-Falak, to work in an Aramco Dept. On Al-Falak's website, Saudi Aramco is listed as one of their clients.
This being the case, only your work environment would be controlled by Aramco. Everything else - accommodation, salary, vacations etc would be controlled by Al-Falak.
I worked in an Aramco dept as a contractor before joining Aramco directly, it's not necessarily a bad life, just not as comfortable as it would be if you were directly hired by Aramco in the first place.

Dear Sir,
I just recently joined this site and was not able to PM you.
I have been working as SMP for over 5 years and was recently told to look for ways how to convert to direct Aramcon.
I appreciate sharing any forms or procedure you have on this issue.
Thank you.
