I think you are based in Dharhan compound if you were based in RT I could certainly help you out with cleaning services but I note you are asking about maid services so does that mean you prefer a woman to come to clean your house - there are Phillipeno women that can come to help but as I have written many times go with word of mouth and talk to the woman's group they should know someone that would be honest, with good time keeping and more importantly if you have children be responsible etc.
Now as to the hoover 110 volts - as you will be aware all 110 volts appliances are being phased out - you may be able to find one on the shelf of Saco or even Extra - but it will be difficult that is for sure.
When our 110 hoover broke down and could not be repaired we contacted Housing to have them install 3 220 sockets to our home and then bought in Bahrain a really good 220 volt hoover with a very long flex and it is the best thing we did, we chose to buy in Bahrain as Carrefour had an excellent choice with very helpful staff and we could take our time instead of having to rush between prayer times etc in Khobar and the cost of the hoover we chose was very good price indeed.
This continues to be such a problem when 110 appliances break down and we have to revert to buying 220 volt appliances.
So if you need help on the cleaning side i.e. contacts feel free to PM me.
