I called the Houston Recruiter who managed the Training and OD group about 11 or 12 days ago. She said she'd already received all the offers for that group and that I was not one of them, but she encoued me to apply for other postings and to keep applying throughout the year. So you may not be in the running still, but you can call to confirm. HR people normally don't say that after you've already been interviewed, so there must be a chance. Saudi Aramco definitely doesn't "blacklist" people who interview yet don't get an offer at first.
If you remember the HR person who sent you to the interview, you can call ASC and just state their name to get sent to their phone. I don't recommend leaving voicemail. Mine didn't get returned, so I called back a few days later and caught her on the phone and that was it. I was glad to find out, at least.
