Saudis don't give nationality to new borns from non saudi parents. The child will have the nationality of his parents

Not necessarily - it depends on the nationality rules of the parents' home countries. For instance if the parent is a British citizen by descent (i.e. born abroad of British parents) their child, if born abroad as well, does not inherit British nationality.

There are no fixed rules for a person who does not have an automatic enlement to a nationality. I would have to say though, it would probably be very rare for a person to be born without the right to inherit their nationality from one or other of the parents.
I was just making the point that nationality is not always automatically inherited.

I would suspect that a child who might otherwise become stateless, might have a good chance of being granted British citizenship in this case - but it is still not guaranteed.
