Great forum here but this latest change has created too many different sections and I think its mote difficult to notice new posts etc .... Just my opinion! It wad better when people just had 2 to choose from

All you have to do, after logging in to the forum, is to click on 'New Posts' on the index page. This will just show posts that you have not yet looked at.

We actually consolidated some of the outdated forums to make it easier to follow...Change takes time to get used to, but we thought these changes made for a better experience, more organized. Easier to put posts in a place that makes sense. The Frequently Asked Questions section has been much-needed for quite some time and should help reduce so many redundant questions being asked.

Since I just signed up couple of days ago, I didn't know where to post my problem. I created a thread couple of days ago however, it has not yet been posted. Just wanted to bring this to moderator's attention.
Thank you,

I hate to say this but the admin's on this forum are not as active as other websites. I have posted a thread few days ago and it has not appeared yet. If there is something wrong with my post please advise.
Thanks

With all due respect I think it is more unclear than before as is proved by people putting posts anywhere they see fit rather than in the correct forum. I think 'less is more'.

To highlight my point, take a look at the variety of posts on this board, that have nothing to do with website complaints, comments etc whatsoever.

You have to remember that for many people coming to Aramco, English is not their first language. Posts have always been posted in different places no matter how many discussion groups there have been.
Once you are posting on the forum past the approval time required, you can log on, go to View New Posts and it places all posts that have been posted since your last visit in that area. You do not need to go into each individual forum. Only when you have not read all the new posts on a visit to the forum and you log out and log back in another time, at that point the previous new posts will not be under View New Posts. But on the Board Index page, the round circles at the beginning of each discussion group will turn red if there are posts there you have not read. When you enter the discussion group the post(s) that you haven't read will have a read circle in front of them.
