Hi, First of all many thanks to all of you who are helping the new comers and new hires with all the valuable information. I am in the process of hiring while waiting for BI to be completed. I have got a considerably good revision of my salary from my current employer recently. What should I do/ Will Aramco consider this new situation? Will be thankful for your answer. I am sure that someone must have gone through the same.

Yes, Aramco has matched new salaries that have been received prior to starting. Write a letter explaining your situation and requesting they match your new salary and send pay stubs with it showing the increase.
Most I have seen on the forum over the years have received it. A few have not.
If it's Samso for the medical side of Aramco - I don't know if you'd get any extra and they have withdrawn offers when a few have tried to negotiate - not all, but a few.

From what Ive seen, if you have a strong argument Aramco will consider the new salary.
That being said, SAMSO is under a lot of scrutiny. There are many in Aramco who feel that SAMSO should be outsourced since it is the only part of the company that loses money. Consequently they can be harder to negotiate with.
I am with SAMSO and was able to get the salary I asked for, but I know others who weren't so lucky. All I can say is be realistic in your expectations and try to be fair both to yourself and the company.
You will find there's a lot of hidden benefits once here that the base salary doesnt account for. No sales tax (saves 6-7%), housing is MUCH cheaper if you live on camp or receive a housing allowance, utilities are free on camp, etc.
Good luck!

Thanks a lot to both of you for your replies. I will go ahead and proceed with providing the revision letter from my employer and copies of the new new pay stub to my recruiter and hope for the best. FYI, I am not with the medical group. Thanks again...
