A few related thoughts:
1) Don't post dispaing remarks on the internet about the country, company, AND the people in the company with which you have an application pending. 2) If you don't follow #1, at least don't post associated information which lets the company know who you are. 3) If you want your offer withdrawn, then lie on your application.
Speculation: It seems that medical rejection is the pretence used to drop applicants felt undesirable for any reason (unless people under report here their medical past).

Taking medicines is not a reason for rejection and it is not advised to be dishonest in filling out the medical questionaire.
I was taking blood pressure medication at the time of application and soon after arrival visited the clinic and got the same medication renewed.
That medical questionaire is a legal document just like it is in the US. Honesty on all things is advised.
