I flew to houston for interview earlier in Feb and submitted some expense claims. Do you know how ASC pay for the claims?
The reason I am asking is because I got a message from Fedex that there is a package for me from ASC Houston. I was thinking they will ask me for my bank account and wire the money, but it seems they send a cheque or something via Fedex!
Is this usual?

The way it worked for my husband, ASC arranged for flights directly for him, and he was given a paper check on site in Houston for incidental travel expenses. He hand-carried the check back home, along with a big informational packet. He got an email two days later with a job offer. That was followed by a FedEx package containing the formal offer and attachments to execute. We were not reimbursed for subsequent expenses until the very end of the relocation process, when we received a check as part of our passport package, shortly before our flight to KSA.

Hadia, my husband is in California and is in the middle of recruitment process, but we have a few questions before we decide to move to KSA. Can you contact me on amberwig@hotmail.com?

I received a cheque via FedEx last night for my expenses (meals, parking etc. (set amount)) while I was in Houston.
