My offer if for a process engineer in "process and control systems engineering division" based in Dhahran. During the interview process the recruiter mentioned about "consulting engineering dept".
What is relationship between "Consulting Engineering Dept" and "Process and Control systems engineering division"? Can somebody help me figure out the work this department does? Does this division handle new projects or technical services to existing facilities?
