Nearly there, hopefully!

I am about to complete my medical in London and attend the orientation day the day after, so long as I'm healthy enough (fingers crossed) there should be no problems there, can anyone who has gone over from the UK tell me as a single worker with no ties in the UK how long should I expect to wait before I get a start date and eventually get over there??
