Trying to get my Mother in law here for a visit... can anyone tell me the process, and how long does it usually take?

Go to HR and get the forms, or HR online. Fill out the forms, get all signatures from housing,etc. Once you've done that you'll be guided thru the process and what all is needed: what they want for proof that she's your mother-in-law: birth certificate, marriage license, etc.
