Does anyone know of a notary on either camp without having to go to the Consulate?

My US friend had also to find a notary and so she contacted Personnel Dept in Dhahran and had it done there - there is no facility here in Ras Tanura.

Aramco Government Services has advertised they can do notary - I have tried using them, but they are limited on what they will notarize. I always go to US consulate - pretty easy. Don't forget, you need to make an appt.
