Any one can shed some light on the interview process with Aramco? Is it technical or dominated by behavioural questions? any tips?

I dont know how it is for other professions, but Id assume similar.
For me it was highly technical, I sat down in front of 4 people for about an hour answering questions, scenarios, etc. Its not bad if youre prepared, though I could see where it would be rough if youre not good with interviews.

I interviewed via video conference with 5 people on the Saudi end (I was physically in Florida). The interview questions were pretty much a mixture of technical and situational --pretty standard interview stuff. The key of course is to be prepared. Know how your job is going to make a difference in the location / industry you are going into in the Kingdom. You need to be prepared to give examples.

I have an interview in London end of February for mechanical trainer position , can anyone advise me on what questions may be asked , whether it is mostly technical or personal based . Thank you to all replies .
