Hey There, I was offered a slot as a medic in ABQ. Any medics on this forum that can offer up some info on what to expect job wise? I am an 11year ALS, experience as a flight medic, remote medic and fire medic. Should I bring a book or an extra box of gloves??

I know Twofeet on the forum so search his postings on this one and PM him as he works all types of shifts but he could certainly help you out with your question.
Good luck Carolina

o, I'm a new hire paramedic as well, I'm a 6 yr licensed state paramedic in the us with the typical acls, pals, itls etc.. was woundering what the difference was between the us and saudi. i'm used to 24hr shifts and running over 1,000 calls per yr on my own with a basic as a partner. What are the living situations like? is there a rotation between camps? pay? off time? on time? what do you do on down time? is everyone national paramedics or is it a mix? I have many questions if some one can help out I would be very greatful. I should mention that the interview was very good and the personal answered a lot of questions but I have more now of course haha.
