A different question about wives and work

If I was to take up employment with Aramco and move to KSA with my wife, what are the conditions on her visa? Specifically would she able work remotely for her current employer in Europe under that visa? It's an IT job and could be performed from anywhere in the world? What difficulties might this pose - variable internet connectivity aside?

Any guidance would be much appreciated.
