I am a PAK national working in KSA for the last 10-yr, applied for a medical job, would like to know how ARAMCO decides on payroll, I would be on Asian or KSA payroll?, what benifits are offered for Asian expat?
What is grade of a Nurse/Radiation Tech or similar jobs? Do they offer housing/married status?
Thanks AM

First you'll probably need a letter of release from your present employer, unless they're a red company.
Do not know the answer to your payroll question.
Each position is assigned a GC. GC 11 and up can be family status. I do not know if any/all nurses or radiation techs are in that GC range. Apply and if you receive an offer, the GC will be stated and you can decide if its a good offer for you/your family.
You would get single housing and if eligible for family status - family housing.

As far as I can tell by reading the IR manual, SA payroll is for Saudi Arabs only.
So you would much more likely be on the Asian payroll, although as I posted on another thread, there are ways to get on a different payroll, based on the following policy:
"New employees are normally placed on the payroll designated for the employee’s primary country of citizenship acceptable to the Company. In order to be placed on a different payroll, an individual must have substantial educational and/or work experience in the country from which recruited, or another country which is being requested by the employee. Such evaluation is based on the facts and circumstances of each case; this includes the prospective employee’s residence status in the country being requested as a reference for payroll assignment and, in the case of holding two passports, the passport used to obtain employment in a third country prior to joining Saudi Aramco."
