Hi, I have received an offer to join Aramco's technology management dept. with grade code 12. I would like to have your opinion regarding post-Aramco career outside Gulf.
Where your past colleagues are working now, in which capacity etc.?

Though there are 90+ visits, still there is no reply  I'm desperate to have some clues on post-Aramco as I've 30+ yrs of work life left. I understand Aramco is a BIG thing and there are many examples who lived till retirement. But, I'm not just that kinda materials. Please anyone :?: |

Since most all of the people responding here are current employees, that may be why you haven't received an answer.Some of my friends have retired and are enjoying not working, but traveling and social life.
Others are enjoying consulting, some have gone back to the U.S. and are working with service companies or other oil companies.
Some have went into something entirely different, something they've always wanted to do.
many have gone back to the U.S., others are living abroad.

I think what you do after you leave Aramco is pretty much up to you. Working here does not necessarily predispose you to any particular path thereafter.
As you say, some people stay here till retirement, others leave earlier and in my experience, go on to a variety of different countries and/or jobs. Most people I know who have left for another job go into a similar field to what they were doing in Aramco but that's probably true of many people leaving many companies in whatever part of the world.
