My Saudi work visa should arrive early next week & I have been told by the UK Recruitment Agency that airline e-tickets will arrive shortly after this.
I am being sent to KAPSARC in Riyadh but I am a little confused as to whether I'll be flown to Dhahran first.
I would be grateful if you could advise.

Sounds to me like you will be working in Riyadh if that is where they are flying you to. Otherwise you would be flying into Dammam in the Eastern Province.
Ask them.... don't you know where you were hired for? Aramco has projects in Jeddah riyadh and elsewhere here in Kingdom.Dhahran Ras Tanura Udhailiyah and Abqaia ar ethe eastern prov work areas.

Check with your agent but to my knowledge, everyone is flown to Dammam/Dhahran in the beginning.
You will arrive Friday, day off Saay, then Sunday will be your introduction/welcome day.
Monday you will fly to your location, then Tuesday start work...............or similar to that if the days differ. I'm came through the UK.

All new hires are flown to Dammam first as they have to go thru orientation. After orientation you will be flown to Riyadh.
