I am a senior computer programmer joining Aramco long term, not as a regular employee but as an IT Consultant.
I am a US citizen with wife and a 12 year old kid. I would be appreciative if someone could provide me following answers.
Please keep in mind that I am a Consultant and NOT a regular Aramco employee.
A. How much would the rent be near Aramco compound (within or outside) for a 3 bedroom apartment/villa ? Would prefer furnished, though.
B. My daughter needs to start 7th grade in US school. Can she do that considering I am not a regular Aramco employee, and if yes how much would the fees be?
C. Would there be a chance of Aramco making me a permanent employee down the line?
D. I would need the answers above as I need to make the decision whether to take the consulting job or not. Thankfully, I have a cushy job in US but the taxes are killer as you all know.
