First, Happy new year everyone. Second, I would appreciate your help with the following: I am a Lebanese national moving to Dhahran (as pharmacist II) this coming January. I will have to leave to Dubai in the begining of March just for a day or so to take an exam there. My question is, will I be able to do so? Will my passport be with me at that time? I'm thankful to any contribution to my query.

I would venture to say: Yes you'll have your passport. If you are arriving in January, it will probably take 2 to 4 weeks to get your iqama and resident visa. You are not arriving before, during or right after Ramadan, so the system shouldn't be backed up.
Good Luck! Welcome to Aramco.

Congrats on your new job! I am also a pharmacist and was wondering if you might be able to give some insight into the hiring process, ie Saudi license, and whether you were givin family or single status. I sent my application in a few weeks ago. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
