Is there a job market for high end software developers?

I'm from the west coast of the US. Right now there is a huge market for software developers and the big companies are paying lots of money. I'm wondering if Aramco is also looking for similar developers/managers and how much they pay? I have a Comp. Sci degree and work for one of the most well respected software companies (Google, Amazon, etc. etc.) and I'm wondering what I could expect.
