I couldn't state that with 100% certainty that all applications or devices using SIP would work.
However, since SIP is used by many VOIP and video streaming systems, and since all VOIP systems that I have ever heard of, along with video systems such as Slingbox, do work here, I would say there is a good chance that it does.
