According to the re-location guide that was given to me with my offer of employment, the recruitment agency will arrange to have my household goods shipped to Saudi Arabia. All incidental expenses incurred during the recruitment process needs to be submitted to the agency and they will reimburse me.
When I asked the Agency for the re-imbursement form and Shipment Form (as per the re-location guide) I was told that I need to take my slips with me to Saudi and I will be re-imbursed by payroll. I was also told that once I arrive in Saudi, they will arrange to have my goods shipped to me.
I have previously worked for Saudi Aramco and the Agency they used at that time arranged to have my items shipped and sent me a cheque for my expenses when they sent me my airline ticket and other documents.
Another concern is that should I fail my medical and can't get a visa, how will I be re-imbursed for my the expenses already incurred (including the very costly medical)?
Can anyone confirm what the policy is?
Thank you
