Aramco send me offer and surprisingly half of what my present basic salary is.
Did they know that why would somebody would join on less money than he earning.
Does anybody know if aramco plays this kind of step wise tricks to commit on something?
How long this battle should long?
This is totally came surprise to me. They send me offer two times now with small revisions.
Any help will be appreciated.

I do recommend you submit your last 3 months pay stubs and a letter stating you need to receive an equal salary.
If they cannot meet your salary, you'll have to decide if that's good for you and your family.

I submitted everything even I gave them my last 6 months salary stubs.
But still same situation.....

Write a letter stating the case for more pay - wouldn't hurt. They may still say no, or give the increase. Only you can decide if an offer is good for you and it may not be from what you're saying.
