I wonder if any of you have any experience of doing masters degrees or other further professional education while working for Aramco.
I feel sure that I read the company might pay up to 80% of masters degree costs - is that correct, and it is, what are the terms and conditions?
If you see my other question in the forum, you'll see the way I am thinking about whether or not to apply to Aramco - is it a smart career move or not? Are there compensations?

Yes, Aramco does pay for furthering your education with regards to your degree and work here. I've had several friends complete their master's degree and one who is finishing their doctorate.
I do not know the amount Aramco pays, but they say Aramco does pay.

Hi. Does anyone know what the actual Aramco policy is for employee professional education (doing a masters or doctorate)? Like covee, any conditions that need to be met, what courses are allowed, whether specific approvals are needed? Its not mentioned in the relocation guide for sure.
