Sounds very familar. Consider words like organisation, decision making, process, administration. You will get the picture

Fuzzuy,
Patience is the key and time can be really slow, slow, medium, fast, or really fast.
Just keep living your life, the process will proceed at its pace.
More than likely more will come.

o Fuzzuy
So far this is all good news but as Vpainter quite rightly points out the key is PATIENCE - remember to take into account that Thursday and Friday are weekends here in the Kingdom and then of course where you are right now I would expect your weekends will be Saay and Sunday so all in all this makes a huge difference and then we have upcoming Eid so another week will be lost - it is down to time and patience but hopefully you will hear soon for your next step with employment for Aramco.
Kind Regards Carolina

o FOlks, Good news finally got the offer but for me now the problem is the Kids education as my eldest is in Grade 9 and younger than her is in Grade 8 and as I have spoken to the re locator and she has told me that after Grad 12 i have to send them away from there ?? as i can't keep them under my visa there . So i am in debate to my self here that should i move just for three years and do all this hassle or not as salary wise i am pretty much same, i can debate with them about the salary and Grade ( got offer for Grad 11) but if some one can tell me that there are universities or college who will allow them to study while there are there >? And if some once can give me a accountant info in canada who can help me understand the tax that will be appreciated thanks in advance

Universities in Bahrain and Dubai that they could go to and be close. They could visit and you could easily visit them.

No, Aramco does not pay for university for anyone's children. They pay for boarding school grades 10 - 12, but not college.
Many people come with the same salary they're making, and if it's on the U.S. payroll at least, the tax difference makes it more.
But this is a personal decision and one only you can make for you and your family.
bless as you make that decision.
