Hi guys,

I have a Masters degree and good 5 years engineering experience. I am interested in switching to a Manager position in the future.

I see that Aramco has good on job training program. Do they support financially if want to do MBA or any other relevant course work from a school.

Would depend on if your job is eligible for this benefit. With few exceptions, Saudis are the managers in Aramco.
