All documents that need to be submitted will be asked for as they are needed. Yes, to passport, birth certificate, marriage license (family status), Degree and it will need to be authenticated, you'll be given the process used to do that. Photos for visas - lots of them - number will be in the relocation guide or paperwork you'll receive. If divorced, divorce decree (yours or spouses) may be needed if children involved, or step children involved. It's easier to get a Saudi driver's license if you have your driver's license from your home country.
You'll be told what you need and when you need it and the exact way their needed. Don't have to worry about this time line.
