I'll be flying to Saudi soon. I am concern about my transportation in Saudi. Would it be possible to ask for company car? Is there any specific requirement, position, GC, etc in Aramco elegible for company car? shall i ask this to relocation advisor? Or i need to ask the hiring department?

That would not be something your relocation advisor would have anything to do with. It depends on your specific position within your department and whether or not your job requires you to do outside work requiring travel. Some departments have quite a few cars for use of their employees, while others don't have that many. Also, senior employees tend to stake 'dibs' on the cars available for use. It certainly won't hurt for you to ask, but new employees rarely score a company ride upon their arrival. It really just depends on the specific situation in your department and your position within that department.

Aramco provides buses to and from work that will pick you up near your home. There will be buses that circulate around the compound you'll be in. There will be shopping buses into the local towns.
There are also taxi companies inside Aramco, sometimes hard to get, but when available, they are 10SR anywhere on camp or reasonable fees for going into town.
If you are in DHA, new employees can choose to rent/lease a car. Ask at work, there will be people who can direct you to this office which is right outside one of the gates. You will be able to lease a car without having all your paperwork complete.
You should have your Saudi Driver's license to drive off camp and will get that after all your paperwork is complete (iquama, etc).
Also, many new hires have a co-worker who helps them get to work in the beginning also.
Hope this helps.

In Dhahran Majestic is also now renting cars for on camp. Their stand is in the Majamma (sp) building next to the barber and photo store across from the post office.

you CANNOT drive a company car unless you passed the aramco defensive driving course and the wait list is about 5 months.
