Honestly it or miss, but I wouldnt stress out too much.
We've all heard stories of people being turned down for ludicrous reasons, but most of the time if Aramco really wants you they will make things work. I was a firefighter/paramedic for 14+ years, with history of several injuries (including back and neck). I was treated for all, working full duty, and flew through the physical without any problems. Ive been in Ras Tanura now for 6 weeks and love it!
The best advice I can give is be honest up front, a lot of those who are turned down are because of people getting scared and trying to hide things. Some of the investigators they hire are very good and will tell you things you either forgot a long time ago or ever even knew about yourself lol. (Luckily for me, they also told me I may be a victim of ideny theft, which is now being taken care of. I never would have known without their investigators lol).
Good luck and be patient. Most of us here love it and it was well worth the wait.
