Hi Sarsah. I will try to help you as much as i can. I went thru this process just recently, but i had a in-person interview with a Saudi manager and a person from HR. So lets see if i can answer your questions 1. Is there any interview tips which will be key focussed for Aramco? - I beleive that when Aramco management decides to interview a person, they have done all their due diligince to make sure that your expereience aligns with the position that you are being considered for...So getting an interview means your about 75% there. They like your skills, education, past expereience etc. Just know your resume really well, and when asked to "tell about yourself" walk them thru your resume and give some specific examples pertaining to the position. There will be NO TRICK QUESTIONS. Very straight forward. 2. My interview is VCI, so what are the most common questions they normally ask. - I dont think it matters, i have not expereinced VCI so cant really help you there. But i would assume it to be similar to in-person. They might ask you a situational question pertaining to your field. What would you do if something like that happenind etc. 3. What are the replies which act as DONTs in Aramco. - Sound enthusiastic, and motivated. DONOT try to think too much, just be your self as you would do in an interview for any eurpoean or american company 4. Presently I am unemployed and looking for the job, will it be drawback for me during interview -If they ask you, be honest. You dont have to menion it if doesnt get brought up. Even when you are walking them thru your past expereiences.
I really hope it gives you some breather. Good Luck and le us know how it went

Thanks for your reply renewable2011 it helps me. My interview went well, it last approx 1 hour and it starts with intriduction of the job and department overview. Then they ask me to describe about myself. After that they only ask regarding requirement of job similar experience I have. Their reaction didnt shoe that whether they are satisfied or not.
The recruiter told me that they approx take 2 weeks to reply but sometimes more. Let see.
Hoping to receive a postive reply by their side soon.
