If you want to ride elephants, go to Chitwan National Park in Nepal where you track tigers and rhinos on elephant back. When I led the DOG tours we stayed at Tiger Tops in both Chitwan and Bardia National Park. The children on my tours loved it, but wait a couple of years as 6 is a bit young.
