I ended up doing more steps then necessary as we weren't sure from what country we were going to be leaving from so I got some documents from two countries, but I also didn't do all of the steps. Not sure what is needed from Spain in particular. The cover photo of that Facebook group shows a key piece of documentation. Also check to see if you should get a particular official health certificate showing they're ready to go vaccination-wise and letters from the vet. Also be careful about the rabies vaccinations- that they didn't take place too soon or long from your departure date.
