Thank u for verfying the difference. we got a request for a report about my husband current back condition. he had a spinal surgery 2 years ago (he is doing well now) the thing is that the doctor who did it is out of town for a whole month. So we will ask our sport doctor to do so we have an appointement with him next week. My husband is in very good shape, plays soccer 2 aweek, tennis, and yoga. he has no limitation. i heard about something called( out of policy clearence) who should we ask to get this clearence and when should we need it
