Are speech therapy costs fully covered by the company?

There are speech therapists in the schools. I am sure you can talk to the school about speech therapy even if you child isn't in school yet. They will probably be happy to evaluate your child.
If you get a referral from your doctor for the "Speech Language Pathology Department" at the DHA health center, then of course it's covered. If you need something outside of aramco's services, you can try for a referral through ARAMCO to another hospital or choose to pay out of pocket.
