First of all, thanks to the admins and members for their great effort and contribution to this forum to help us navigate through the hiring process.
Just wish to connect with others in the same boat as me through this thread to help understand the timeline better
I'm a Canadian, was given an offer in September 2024. Got everything (medicals and background paperwork) done in same month and have been waiting for the visa since Early October. The month of october revolved around "waiting for saudi aramco approval". Earlier this month, I was told the approval to apply for visa has been received and they are now "in the process for applying my visa". I wondered if anyone else also went through this long wait just for applying for the visa. My RA never mentioned anything about the "visa block" or "visa le" or "visa le" so am confused why my process seems different. Also, I was told that we don't need to send our passports anymore.
Would be nice to know if anyone else is waiting under same conditions or if they have been told something different?
